Eggplant with Blue cheese


This time, I'll introduce simple dishes to go with white wine.

Let's start cooking!


Ingredients
Surprisingly it only cook.


Cut eggplants into bite-size pieces.
Immerse it in salt water for 3 mins.


Drain eggplant


In a well-heat Magic fry pan 
add olive oil and eggplant.


Stir-fry over high heat until browned and tender.



Put eggplant into a bowl.
Add blue cheese evenly over the eggplant while it is still hot.


Dish up on plates.
Sprinkle to taste with black pepper. 
Enjoy!.

It was very easy recipe and very delicious.
It was very suitable for chilled white wine.
