Chinese-style stewed of meat balls a little bigger.

This time, I introduce the dishes of stewed for gluttonous.

Let's start cooking !

Ingredients. 


 First,mix soup ingredients.
(sake, oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, water)


Make the meat balls.
Put the minced pork, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper 
into a bowl and mix well.

Make 2 balls.



In a well-heat the magic fry pan, 
add sesame oil and meat balls over medium heat. 


When browned turn it over in pan. 


Add mixed soup.


Add ginger and cook over medium heat.


Add shimeji mushrooms and qing-geng-cai 


After boiling, cover and simmer for 8 mins.


After 8 mins.



Dish up on plates.
Enjoy !

This meat balls is the volume substantial !
It looks like the hamburger. 
I'm filled with a feeling of fullness in this dishes. 
Enjoy eat with the vegetables.
