Stewed of chicken leg and mushroom

I think simple dishes is a good,
because cook is a daily task
Let's start cooking!


 Ingredients


Cut chicken leg into 3 cm cubes
and seasoned salt and pepper.

In a well-heated magic frying pan,
add olive oil and chicken,
 with skin facing down 
and cook over medium heat.

When the skin has browned turn over in pan,
and cook the other side.
When the whole has browned,take it out.

Add shimeji mushroom and maitake mushroom 
and over medium heat.

When it has browned add minced garlic 
and fry over low heat.

Put chicken back and add white wine and water.
Boil it over low heat for 10 minutes.


Add butter and seasoned with salt and pepper.

Dish up on plates
ENJOY!!

This recipe was simple dishes,
but chicken and mushroom umami flavor was so good!!
