Pork and field mustard cream curry

I made "Pork and field mustard cream curry"  using a "Magicfrypan" and "Magicwok".

【Ingredient & Directions】

Rice
Pork
Field mustard
Onion
Garlic
Curry powder
Fresh cream
Milk
Egg
Salt, Black pepper and sugar
Cut the field mustard into three equal parts






Thinly slice onion along the grain.






Crush the garlic by wooden spatula.





And mince it.






Pork cut into bite-sized pieces.






In a wok, add vegetable oil, then onion and garlic.
And fry over medium heat.







Add pork, salt and pepper when the onion become tender.
And fry over high heat.







Add field mustard, salt and pepper.
And fry lightly.







Add curry powder.
And fry lightly.







Add fresh cream, milk, salt and sugar.
Simmer over medium heat during 4 or 5 min.








In a pan, add vegetable oil, then egg.









Flip the eggs.
And make over easy eggs.








Add rice to dishes.
And pour curry over rice.
Finally put egg on it.







The taste is creamy and spicy.
The nice flavor of field mustard is good with the curry :-)
