Fried Chicken with Honey Ponzu Sauce

I made "Fried Chicken with Honey Ponzu Sauce"  using a "Magicwok".

【Directions】

Pierce the skin with a fork to make several holes.
Cut the chicken 2 pieces.

Mix sake, salt, soy sauce, beaten egg and potato starch in a dish to make the seasoning sauce.
Add the chicken to the dish.
Let stand for about 10 min.

Mix  honey, ponzu, cayenne pepper powder, finely chopped green onion, finely chopped ginger and cut sesame in a bowl to make the sauce.

Thoroughly coat the chicken with potato starch.
And mist to the chicken by using spray gun.
It will help to make crispy.

Dee-fry in oil at 340 deg F.

When the chicken starts to brown, remove it from wok and set on a wire rack to drain and cool for a short time.

The chicken deep-fry in oil at 360 deg F again.

Dip it to the sauce lightly.

It cut into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange the chicken on plates, and garnish shredded the lettuce.

Tender meat inside, crispy crunchy outside!
The nice flavor of chicken is good with the sauce.
I can't stop eating it :-)
