Tofu and Green pepper Chample

I made "Tofu and Green pepper Chample" by  a "Magic Fry Pan".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

Hard tofu
Green pepper
Egg
Sesame oil
Salt
Soy sauce
Bonito flakes

Break hard tofu into 10 equal pieces with your fingers.
Put the tofu on paper towel.
Let stand for about 5 min to eliminate excess moisture.
Remove excess moisture from the hard tofu before cooking. Otherwise, the resultant absorb water and lose flavor.


Cut coarsely green pepper.
And beat eggs.





In a "Magic Fry Pan", add sesame oil.
Put the tofu into the frying-pan.
Cook top side and bottom of tofu pieces over medium heat.






Don't roll tofu around too much.








Remove tofu from pan and put on paper towel.






Add sesame oil and green pepper to the same frying-pan.
And fry it about 1 min.







Return tofu to the frying-pan.
And season with salt.







Add beaten eggs to the frying-pan, then stir-fry it about 2 min.
Add soy sauce and Bonito flakes, then stir-fry it lightly.






Arrange it on the plate.










The tofu was delicious!
Coated tofu looked like French toast.
However, It has an exquisite seasoning with salt.
