Sauteed Mushrooms with Creamy Egg Sauce

I made "Sauteed Mushrooms with Creamy Egg Sauce" by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

Ingredients & Instructions】

egg
fresh cream
butter
mushrooms
shiitake mushrooms
shimeji mushrooms
broad beans
bacon
Parmesan cheese
tomato ketchup
salt
pepper
olive oil

Cut mushrooms into 4 equal pieces.






Cut shiitake mushrooms into 6 equal pieces.
Shimeji mushrooms is split into small.





Shelled broad beans.
Add salt to boiling water.
Cook it in boiling water about 2 min.
 
 
 
 
 
Drain it.






And peel it.






In a "Magic Fry Pan", add olive oil, then bacon.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Add all muchrooms and season with salt.
Saute mushrooms until cooked.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Add broad beans and season with salt and pepper.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Beat an egg in the heat-resistant glass bowl.
 
 
 
 
 
 
And double-boil it until creamy.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Add butter and fresh cream.
Cream it, then season with salt and pepper.
 
 
 
 
 
Put some sauce and tomato ketchup on the plate.
Arrange mushrooms on sauce.
Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on it.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
This dish has a very good harmony!
Of course each taste is good.
However, it become wonderful taste when everything become together.
