Stewed Pork and Devil's Tongue


I made "Stewed Pork and Devil's Tongue"  using a "Magicfrypan".

【Ingredient & Directions】


Sliced pork
Daikon

Devil's Tongue
Green onion
Ginger
Sauce ( Sake, Sugar, Mirin, Soy sauce )


The devil's tongue is boiled for 1-2 minutes until the center becomes hot.







Sesame oil is heated, and pork is stir-fried to the frying-pan.







When the color of pork changes, the devil's tongue and the daikon are put and it stir-fries with the high heat.








Add the ginger.








Add the sauce.








Stewed about 5 minutes.








Arrange it on plate.








It's really tasty  :-)
