Salted Squid guts Pasta

I made "Salted Squid guts Pasta" by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

Ingredients & Instructions】

salted squid guts
asparagus
green onion
spaghettini
olive oil, fresh cream, milk, butter, salt and pepper


Spaghettini into the pot to boil.

Cut off the ends of the asparagus spears and pare away the hard outer skin on the bottom half.
Cut it into 3 equal pieces.
Moreover cut lengthwise it into 4 equal pieces.
Add olive oil to a "Magic Fry Pan", then add asparagus and season with salt.

Add salted squid guts.
And stir-fry it lightly.







Add fresh cream, milk and butter, then boil down it about 2 min.






And season with salt.







Add boiled spaghettini, then stir.







Arrange it on plates.
Sprinkle with green onion and pepper.










That's unexpected combination.
However, salted squid guts make cream sauce to rich taste.
I like this taste very much!
